IOGENIC^TM is a health protection system. It's a treatment that detoxifies, sterilizes and deodorizes air. This revitalises the air, giving you a healthier atmosphere to live and relax in.

EXOKAIRE^TM is a facade protection system. The treatment protects exterior surfaces of houses, buildings, structures, etc., from fungus, mould, dirt and even corrosion, giving it a cleaner, more vibrant look.

IOGENIC^TM and EXOKAIRE^TM are similar treatments. It is a 3-step process:

1. Preparation of the surface to be treated
   • Light cleaning to remove oil particles, loose dirt, etc.
   
   
2. Applying a base coat where necessary
   • Certain painted surface requires a base-coat, but this is generally unnecessary
   
   
3. Applying the appropriate solution on different substrates.
   • IOGENIC^TM treatment is mainly for enclosed areas. For example, in the homes, in the office, public toilet, car cabin, etc.
   • EXOKAIRE^TM treatment is mainly for areas that are exposed to weather. For example, the exterior walls of a house, office building, car body, etc.
